Hi,

I need a number before I can complete my Apple ID. So I can’t download the app. Can someone please get me activated with a number so I can set up Apple and download the app?

hi @Tanisha24 is your Apple ID linked to another country? it has to be linked to Canada to download the app

but if you just need to activate a physical sim, you can ask a friend to download the app for you and help with the activation

I think you should be able to create an Apple ID without a phone number, perhaps try to setup the Apple account on a computer first before using it to log in to your phone.
