Hi Community,
Does this mean, that even if I am travelling in the UK with my Public Mobile SIM, i won't get SMS.
disabling the PM SIM while travelling outside of North America (Can-USA-Mex plan) is unnecessary since INTERNATIONAL ROAMING is not an option that can be enabled.

Correct. It just won't work, so no need to disable your SIM or turn off roaming. Public Mobile is fully prepaid, so there are no surprise bills. It either works or it doesn't (and it won't work at all in the UK).
