      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had just left home and was about 1 km away, heading to do some shopping in a Toronto neighbourhood when it happened. The Wi-fi button was fine but the Mobile Data button turned gray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, you could try re-boot of your cell. And you can also do a network re-set to see if anything helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Mobile Data button was greyed out when I tried to check my data usage. At home, I accessed my Public Mobile account online using my desktop and found that I still have plenty of data (I stay home all the time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try your suggestions.
