How do I redeem points to lower upcoming bill?

Have searched and cannot find, unless I am totally out of it:)

hi @Kered31

you need to first collect 20 points , then you can redeem it for $20 bill credit to lower your bill

you can check your current points at My rewards site. First login My Account, click Rewards tab and there is a link to My Rewards site. In Rewards site, you can check your points and redeem there for bill credit or you can use points to buy add-ons

Click on the My Rewards tab, once you see the catalog you will know if you have enough points to redeem. You can redeem multiple orders of 20 points for $20. The unsed amount will remain on your account until finished.

When I went back in a different page appeared.

It was very simple to redeem.
