      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/682898"&gt;@Oslo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is probably an older phone. Chances are that is is also not VoLTE compatible. Your phone must be VoLTE compatible to make and receive calls. Enter the IMEI on the link to see if it is VoLTE compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then you need a newer phone that is compatible.
