If she hasn't been paying to keep her PM service active and if it has been 90 days or more since the renewal failed, she is out of luck. Once an account has been dormant for that long, the account is closed, the sim is no longer any good and the number is sent back to whichever provider it first came from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: easiest thing to do is just buy another sim card and open up a new account with a new number (using a different email address)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
