      <title>US Roaming | Network Busy | Fast Busy Signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all. I posted this 2 weeks ago. It was flagged as "spam" and blocked. Received zero replies. Public Mobile support has been unable to provide a resolution. Hopefully somebody can help me out here. Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a CAN / USA / MEX plan. Using a 4g capable phone with Android 14. Data and text are working in the USA but not voice. Fast busy signal. "Network busy." Every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roaming ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile Data ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;voLTE ON&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN settings set as suggested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried manually connecting to T-Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried manually connecting to AT&amp;amp;T.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried Verizon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried resetting network settings to factory defaults.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried restarting multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fast busy signal for outgoing calls. Every time. No matter what. "Network busy"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Umdigi phone. Same behaviour with my old samsung phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone have any tricks as to how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its an umidigi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But its not the phone. My older samaung phone had the exact same issues with US roaming. I could never place a call. T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&amp;amp;T. Didnt matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/329041"&gt;@uy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it is your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;both your Umidigi and older Samsung are not in PM VoLTE whitelist and hence cannot make calls in&amp;nbsp; US You can use the IMEI checker here to confirm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you need is a newer Samsung phone or a phone that is whitelisted with PM.&amp;nbsp; You need to think about getting a phone that is on PM whitelist as 3G will be decommissioned I'm Canada soon and you will have the same voice trouble&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just because your cell has VoLTE turned on means nothing. It may not work. Please...check and let us know what it says about your cell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
