    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/618601"&gt;@koganizigor&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you say "reset didn't help", did you try Reset Network Settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and instead of 5G Auto, can you try changing network mode to "4G" (or LTE) and "5G On".&amp;nbsp; Please try both mode and confirm if any improvement.&amp;nbsp; Also, please use Speedtest app to record down the speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And since you have iPhone 17, you are using eSIM, one thing you can try is to re-buy a new eSIM for free (you will get a free eSIM as long as your last eSIM purchase was 15+ days ago).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Login PM app on the phone, go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;gt; Puchase sim card&lt;/STRONG&gt; and choose eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if above didn't help, you will need to&amp;nbsp;engage PM support for further investigation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI, 5G Auto and 5G On are the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only difference is when the screen is off and background data is small.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
