      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue, I have been a costumer since 2016 or earlier. I tried to access my account to see if i need to update my payment method or information and I am being asked to create a new account. When I try to change my plan I am asked to add my SIM # and I get a 'Invalid SIM #' message. I submitted a ticket but I have not received a message yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
