    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I said yes to the number change port text but later said no as well. And the activation saying unable to activate and contact support services. So, when i tried to do that the bot kept on circling on the topic but I could not contact the agent at all. And when i tried submitting a ticket after filling all the questions the submit button is greyed out and i can't submit anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
