    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/509430"&gt;@daniel52&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it shows 3G on your phone, it means either you have manually set the network mode to 3G or there is problem with 4G LTE or 5G in your area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? which province?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check any outage in your area&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if no issue, try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings, test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it still shows 3G, go into Network mode and change the mode from Automatic to 4G (or LTE) and 5G.&amp;nbsp; test both modes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not connect to internet when I use data.&amp;nbsp; And my plan states 5G speed, but it shows 3G on my phone, why? Even whith 3G, I can not connect to internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
