sorry @Zhopa , you cannot call from Poland. PM had no roaming services other than US and Mex, so no service in Poland and you won't be able to call from Poland

You cannot call back to Canada from Poland as Public Mobile does not have roaming services. You would need to get a calling card or purchase travel esim.

But, if you mean calling Poland from Canada, then you need to purchase the add-on.

In Canada Long distance which has 300 minutes for $15 which covers various countries. Shop add-ons.

Thanks! All I need is to receive a texting on my Public mobile number with code from CRA. Does calling card or travel esim work for it?

sorry, without a roaming service, you won't get text.

Again, since PM does not have roaming service in Poland, you won't be able to receive the CRA text. Call card or travel esim won't help

you need to try to reach out to CRA to change to other way of receiving 2FA. And best way is to use Authenticator app, it is safer than text and it always allows you to login when you are travelling
