      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I was asked if my phone wasn't working, as when people called they couldn't get through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initially I tried calling out, and got a message that the call couldn't go (I don't recall exactly the message).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset and tried again. This time the call would show up (when I called or received a call) but not connect. It suggested I call 611. When I tried that, it wouldn't ring/connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then logged in and it said my payment wasn't made (due today) and so service was cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unsure why payment wasn't automatically processed, as has been done since I've been a subscriber (at least 2 years now).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has something changed on the back-end? Will this be the process going forward?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice to automate this would be great, so I'm not in the same spot every month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
