5 gb Reward not showing up.

I was short on data so I used points to add 5GBs data.

I was running short again so I added another 5GB reward.

It seems the second 5 GB reward overwrote my first 5 GBs so instead of getting 10GBs data I only got about 7 GBs...

How can this be fixed?

How long ago did you redeem? Sometimes the system is delayed and you just need to wait.

Refresh your screen and check again.

The new 5GBs showed up but my total, which should have shown as 60GBS after adding on 10 more only showed 57 available...

This was a couple days ago.
