      <title>HELP! Porting Number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were porting our number from Telus when our device died. By the time we got it charged back up and logged back in, the porting transfer code had expired. &amp;nbsp;We called Telus, and they told us to contact Public, but we cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
