      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's unfortunate, but Public Mobile does not provide refunds. This is not an overcharge you should have cancelled 3 days prior.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM has a 30 days cycle.&amp;nbsp; If you paid on March 18 first, then the cycle runs till April 16 (30 days), and PM will then charge&amp;nbsp; you on April 17. So, if you cancelled , disable Autopay on April 17, it is too late&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And PM has no refund policy.&amp;nbsp; Sorry about that&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Customers only need to have autopay disabled before the moment that the system tries to charge the card which only happens on the same day as the renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
