Transported my cell from Fido to PM. Bought new PM SIM card. Answered yes within 90 minutes of receiving the transfer text from Fido. I can text/email but cannot make or receive calls. Put in a ticket 12 hours later but haven't heard fromPM in 3.5 hours. Need my phone!

did you try removing the Fido sim card (or disable Fido esim) and test with PM sim only? and make sure Pm sim is set to enabled and set as Primary. Then Reboot phone and reset network settings

Fido SIM card was removed and new PM SIM card inserted. Yes have rebooted several times. It connects to PM network

You need a Pixel 4 or newer for VoLTE to work for calling & receiving calls. Here is more information on VoLTE so enter the IMEI of your Pixel 3XL to see if it is VoLTE compatible.

I've tried it in my pixel 7a and it's not working. The IMEI says it's Volte compatible so not sure why it won't work in the 7a. You are correct the 3XL is not Volte compatible
