Why am I getting Eversafe confirmation codes when I'm not trying to sign in? Does this mean my password is compromised, or are these Phishing SMS messages? How can I confirm where the EverSafe message came from?

I have reset the pw... this is the 3rd time this has happened over the last 3 months. From what I understand, this code from Eversafe is only activated when someone has had a successful login. My passwords are pretty complex and lengthy... not sure how they are doing this. Are there any other reasons Eversafe would send this confirmation code text message?
