      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are referring to the chat box the bottom right corner I have done that. It is not very helpful as the link to sign in does not work and then it asks me to create a separate ID but I did troubleshoot.. and ironically I just received a text message but I cannot receive phone calls. I had someone call my phone number and it rang through five or six times until my voicemail picked up on their end but my phone never rang on my end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through all the suggested steps as well. I also contacted customer support. The only response they can give us is they're having technical issues. I told them I require my phone for work and I've been a customer for almost 10 years. I've never had this&amp;nbsp; type of extended issue. They apologized and said they are looking into it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
