      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Porting error from Fizz to Public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Requested porting through Public Mobile App&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Received a confirmation message from Fizz and answered YES for porting&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Public mobile reply that they encountered some issue that someone will call but no one call yet.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now my original public mobile won't work, I tried call it in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call out using public mobile it will display my fizz number, but when I call that number fizz line will ring not public mobile line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
