topic long distance add on in Get Support

I received notification that I had no more minutes left in my long distance add-on and I was cut off during a local call. I was unaware that I had such a thing. The person I was talking to called me back after the disconnect and we were able to continue the conversation. My plan is minutes in provand my time is nowhere near used up so I am confused as to what this is about. Can anyone explain? And what, if anything do I need to do about this?

If you have an older plan with just in province calling, have a look at newer plans ...they all include unlimited Canada wide calling.

@llibrarian1

if it is a local call you were making and you can make the calls now, you can simply ignore it. It is a common glitch and usually a device reboot will resolve it. Just in case you have the same issue in the future an a device reboot does not help, you will then need to engage PM CS agent and have them to reprovision your account
