hello looking to downgrade my plan to $22/month but it wont allow me. Pls help.

you can only downgrade to whichever plan you currently see in your account. ~~Your $22 plan is about as inexpensive as it comes with Public Mobile~~.

Hi, I dont think you read it properly. I am on 35 plan and want to downgrade to $22 plan but cant see it in my account.

You didn't mention you had the $35 plan now. Anyhow; you still can only downgrade if you see it in your own account. Once you have a plan, it's difficult to downgrade easily. If you were to transfer to a different provider, then come back to PM, you'd see cheapest plans available...but it's a hassle to do all that.
