      <title>Switching over</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I'm trying to switch from Telus, got my sim card, went to transfer my number, it spins on activate subscription. I don't make it to install esim/sim. it says Subscription Not activated, then prompts me to get support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I put my sim card in, and try for a 4th time, or what do i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
