      <title>Mobile data not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The mobile data has been working for the last few years. But it stopped working since 2 or 3 days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried: phone reboot, airplane mode on/off, manually choose phone operator, update phone. Nothing worked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone: samsung,&amp;nbsp; android&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to submit a support ticket but keeps getting "technical error". How can I get help from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;CS_Agent&amp;nbsp;please? Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
