    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my number port from Freedom is stuck.&lt;BR /&gt;I can make outgoing calls on Public Mobile, but incoming calls still go to my Freedom SIM after 3 days.&lt;BR /&gt;I already replied YES to the transfer SMS.&lt;BR /&gt;Please check and resubmit or complete the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
