    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm here writing this instead of submitting a ticket because I have tried several times to submit a ticket and am not able to do so. I initially was attempting to submit a ticket for help about the failed transfer activation but since I can't even do that, I'm requesting a full refund now. This is unacceptable service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;writing here in the Community would not help.&amp;nbsp; We are just customers and we won't be able to give you refunds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please ask PM directly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
