      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the chat can be unhelpful at times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are several factors here. Did you recently port to Public Mobile? Are you a regular customer who's been here a while and it just happened? If you are in Manitoba, the 3G network is being taken down. You'd need to upgrade to a 4G phone. The more details you share with us, the better the rest of the community members can help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
