    <description>&lt;P&gt;The problems you're facing could be a number of issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Who was your previous provider? Public Mobile is going to have different capabilities in different parts of the country because it runs off the Telus network. If you were with a provider like Rogers or Bell, you may notice differences in coverage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) What phone are you using? Some phones require their APN settings to be updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would always recommend doing a light reset on the phone, especially if you haven't done so already.       <title>Need help for network issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I swtich my phone from another carrier more than two weeks. I met the following problems:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Some times I cannot connect the networks. No cell phone singals can be reached one hour then &amp;nbsp;the signals come back;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Even i have signals, (but some times 3G only, not 4G), I cannot send out the messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I donot have such issues in my previous carrier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
