      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just purchased an international call add on for $15 but it turns out I am not able to make a call outside of my home country. Would it be possible to get a full refund or a bill credit as I am unable to use my add-on at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
