      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed the plan to "&lt;SPAN&gt;$18 ULCW Base Plan-500MB-4G". It kicked off yesterday. This plan has data included (previous one was talk &amp;amp; text only), so I know the plan has changed. But still outgoing is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The model is Samsung S10 which is not in the VoLTE list.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What can I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the detailed explanation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I understand, any provider using TELUS wont work. I read even Bell wont work. I guess that leaves Rogers only? or even they are enforcing this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
