Sim card not delivered

It says the SIM cards could take up to 3 weeks to arrive, but is now going onto the fifth week. I'm now moving out of the current address, I wrote for delivery address because I thought it would come in time. Any advice? Thanks.

If you did not get SIM in a 5 weeks, send direct message to CS_ Agent and ask for replacement.
Provide different address if needed
