    <description>&lt;P&gt;you got a text from the old provider and you replied yes?&amp;nbsp; you need to do that to approve the port&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you replied, wait an hour, remove the old sim or disable old esim, and enable PM sim and Reboot phone and reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; See if it works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;esim can be confusing, you might want someone to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;basically go to Sim Manager, disable old esim.&amp;nbsp; If iPhone, goto Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular and toggle off "Turn on this line"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to turn on PM esim, enable it on Sim Manager.&amp;nbsp; if iPhone, go to Settings-&amp;gt; Cullular and toggle ON " Turn on this line" and change the label to Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>
