      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is a common issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot phone and reset name settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if that does not fix it, ask PM to refresh the account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
