      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the most glitchy and difficult support system I have ever experienced.My problem is that I was attempting back in January on the 24 to sign on to Public Mobile for myself and my wife at a cost of 22.40 for each of us. We never eventually activated, so I requested a refund, and Public Mobile sent me a single refund of 22.40. In fact, I had spent 22.40 twice, and I am now requesting the second refund of 22.40. It's as simple as that. Please do not make me have to jump through any more hoops.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
