      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble activiating my imessage using my phone number. Also, I have two phone lines named "business" and "cellular" with public mobile and I dont know which is connected to my to imessage. Since I cant activate my imessage all the messages I send are sent as SMS. I tried getting support days ago and I didnt get a response so I am posting another.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/590550"&gt;@Denze&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;are you supposed to have 2 phone lines or 2 eSIMs with Public Mobile?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have only one line with Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp; then check which one should be the correct one first.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Turn off one line at a time and set the other one&amp;nbsp; with label Primary.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and test&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you really have 2 lines with Public Mobile,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; then the main line should be set with label Primary and the other one should be set with label Secondary.&amp;nbsp; After that is changed, reboot the phone once&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Once you are sorted out with the sim situation,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;you should disable iMessage for 5 mins , then re-enable it to re-register&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
