      <description>&lt;P&gt;My payment. Didn’t go through because I didn’t have the funds in my account because I forgot to transfer money. Now I have no phone service and when I go on the app and the website it’s not showing that my service is suspended so there’s no place where I can add or put a payment through. I’ve tried re-adding my card and I can save that, but it doesn’t change anything I still can’t make a payment so I can’t use my phone. Could you please help me out thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
