    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I switched to Public Mobile 3 days ago from Rogers. My outgoing calls and data work fine, but I cannot receive incoming calls or SMS — all calls go directly to voicemail. I also cannot log into my account because SMS verification codes are not arriving. I already sent a private message to CS_Agent about this issue, but I haven’t received any response. It seems like my number port is stuck. Could someone please check the port status and complete the transfer? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
