      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i was able to log on to my public mobile account. i got a quick response from the moderator and it was great that i get email notifications whenever i get a reply.. well, as long as you clicked on the email me when someone replies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To report your phone stolen. &amp;nbsp;Login to your account. &amp;nbsp;Choose&amp;nbsp; Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose&amp;nbsp; Lost/Stolen Phone &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose&amp;nbsp; Suspend Service &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp;Login in and report your phone&amp;nbsp;found. &amp;nbsp;Reboot your phone. &amp;nbsp;Also try adding a manual payment of a $1. &amp;nbsp;If you still have problems then contact a moderator.
