      <description>&lt;P&gt;My eSIM is not working at all, I have not service in my phone even when I'm able to see the eSIM in my phone settings. It looks like my eSIM is not fully activated. When I logged &amp;nbsp;in the Public Mobile app I see the profile and the plan but I can’t receive 2FA code because the phone has no service. Please switch verification to email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
