      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're in Manitoba, then you're likely experiencing the effects of the 3G shutdown. You now need a phone that is on Public's VoLTE whitelist to make calls. There is a device checker on the following VoLTE page to double check, but I believe S20 is not on the list.
