      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Public Mobile Community,&amp;nbsp; I need your help to complete Step 3: finish setup.&amp;nbsp; My model phone EASYFONE does not accept downloads therefore unable to download Public Mobile APP.&amp;nbsp; Subsequently, I purchased a PUBLIC MOBILE SIM CARD from Amazon but same problem. Can you please help me with this unique problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hence the reason, in my opinion, this post is NOT redundant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you choose to go this route, make sure the flip phone will 100% work on the Public Mobile network. Not all flip phones do even though they are 4G LTE equipted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To confirm if your phone will work with Public Mobile, please see this link. At the bottom of the page, you can insert your IMEI number and the system will advise you if it will work with Public Mobile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use Public Mobile's VoLTE checker as a guide only, as results are not always 100% accurate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's up to the customer to confirm whether or not their phone will work with Public Mobile. However, with that being said, they really don't make it simplistic for a customer to actually find out if their phone will work. They aren't very transparent IMO and they really need to work on this. I am open to helping them create a way for customers to be able to properly verify if this service is right for them. But, I don't see that happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you flip phone doesn't work with PM, before you ask for a refund, I can share another link of a flip phone that's pretty affordable and will 100% work with PM as I use it myself.
