I ordered a physical SIM card on April 11 (Order # ending in 1029), but it has not arrived and is likely lost.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;My Public Mobile app is currently stuck on the "Link Your SIM Card" screen and won't let me move forward.
