      <title>Data not working in the US</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan includes the US and Mexico and it shows that I am connected to AT&amp;amp;T, but I cannot connect to the Internet or make phone calls. &amp;nbsp;I have powered down my phone and restarted, toggled airplane mode on and off and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For talk while in US, you must have a newer cellphone with VoLTE that is recognized as VoLTE compatible with Public Mobile...not all cellphones are. Here's some reading with a device checker at the end of the article.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without it, you won't be able to talk or receive calls in US. Data and sms will be fine...just talk is the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
