      <title>SOS after successful porting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;man this whole process has been brutal. I ported successfully (got the welcome text from public) and now I just have SOS and can't text or call at all. I've done everything from rebooting to resetting network settings, and I even bought a new E sim. nothing working. I've toggled on and off the line, airplane mode, everything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/678650"&gt;@zdorward&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you got the welcome email might not mean the port was done.&amp;nbsp; You replied Yes to your old provider to approve the port yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you did,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;please make sure your old sim card is removed (or if esim, please disable it).&amp;nbsp; Then check if PM sim is enabled and set as Primary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;next, reboot phone and click Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; You should see the phone showing connected to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Test again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
