      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/678663"&gt;@r-w-m&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you porting in the phone number?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure your old sim card is removed (or if esim, please disable it).&amp;nbsp; Then check if PM sim is enabled and set as Primary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;next, reboot phone and click Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; You should see the phone showing connected to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Test again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
