    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow! Thanks. I am sure that should work as I will only be receiving. The last time I used a similar one, Textme, to send outgoing messages from India, they banned me for life. I guess one-way text is accepted. I will try that solution.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then before your trip, forward it to the VoIP app phone number.&amp;nbsp; When you are in India, you can use the app on Wifi or local data&lt;/P&gt;</description>
