    <description>&lt;P&gt;Text messages work as per usual. But I can't receive incoming calls. Also trying to dial into voicemail/outbound calls, they don't seem to connect at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is this a new account ? Did you initiate transfer from old network to new PM acct ? Did you leave old network sim in cell until you rec'd the port confirmation text to which you replied YES within 90 mins ? Who was old network ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to message Customer Support to look into your issue. Maybe the transfer needs to be restarted. Watch the Community inbox will be highlighted when they respond to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
