    <description>&lt;P&gt;what plan you have now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All subscribers can only change to plan offered on&amp;nbsp; your My Account, no exception.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is true that you won't see too many choices to downgrade, but it is not impossible.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Different plans will be offered weekly or monthly, so check back often&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an existing plan but I like to change my subscription to a lower priced plan.When I click on change plan it gives me only two higher subsriptions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to cancel this plan and start over again to get the lowered price rplan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
