      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has been taking money from my account for years.&amp;nbsp; I can't stop it.&amp;nbsp; I do not have an account with PM and have joined the community to find a way to stop PM taking my money.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; BTW: I have tried talking to a human - I've been block by the bot each time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
