      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/323315"&gt;@Lorilz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you case is different, you got charged but no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; Also, login My Account and check if it shows account renewed and active and have a new cycle date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ask PM to check if anything does not look right.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
